“I stay here for a conference for 5 days and found it perfectly suited my needs. I had been traveling in Italy for a couple weeks beforehand and was pleasantly surprised by the size of the apartment compared to the price and to some of my other lodgings in central and north Italy. There's nice rooftop lounge area and while there is no air conditioner, the room had a fan and it managed to stay comfortable between that and the windows. Some other reviews have mentioned it being noisy outside but...

“Very quiet location, simple and clean with a lovely community pool. Perfect base for a couple to use to sight see. No direct view of the lake and the local area has nothing of interest but nothing is far away by car. We enjoyed a quiet time surrounded by Italians on holiday, perfect!”

“It was very clean, and quiet. It was a wait on a bus to get there. And I ended up walking all the way back to the ferry boat to take me back to Arona.. I think there was bus options.. But I didn’t know where to wait.. so that’s probably on me?? But my overall stay was great.. Thanks Denny”
