"The responsiveness was one thing I would definitely say was good. There were not great instructions on finding the place especially as a tourist but once we found it there was no key in the lockbox so we could not get in. When I reached out about this someone was able to meet us immediately and we got a very quick response. Once in the apartment, it was very hot and the AC is slow working. Prime location, walkable to major tourist sites

"Excellent hotel with brilliant location in the centre of Genoa. Almost every major site is walkable from the hotel. Because of the prime location however, the hotel only provides valet parking (at a fee). Room was great, as was breakfast. We didn’t try the bar or restaurants so cannot comment. There are plenty of food options available around the hotel, and it felt very safe to walk around during the daytime and evenings. "
