"It is situated in a historical building however very nicely decorated. The area has many many options. We came to Genoa by train and the location is 11-15 minutes walking distance. "The location is great but we had a car, and the closest 24 hour lot is an 8 minute walk with luggage and pricey even with discount. Apartment is on the 3rd floor with no lift access. "The property is in a noisy spot on weekends. They only give one roll if toilet paper despite being there for 4 days, no face cloths with towels, had to request hand soap. Could not close the shower door as it opens ‘in’ instead of out. A bit frustrating for spraying the bathroom when showering. Tile floors not good if a glass drops, had to ask for a broom and pan to clean up… Location is good for being a tourist at the waterfront although taxi could not find it… it is a remodeled apartment...

"We loved our room at beautiful Melia Genova. It was spacious with a lot of storage space, sitting area, desk, walk in closet and huge bathroom. The bed was comfortable and the staff were excellent. Everyone was extremely attentive, friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay at Melia again!"
