The staffing was excellent, rooms clean and in very good condition. The lack of evening cooking on some evenings was unfortunate when the rain fell and shopping facilities were limited close at hand. Otherwise the hotel was on very good.
I would point out that compared with Rome Belfast has an excellent purveyor of Havana and other cigars in Miss Moran's off High Street. It puts all the tobacconists I visited to shame, even the one recommended by an Italian gentleman.

"The hotel is pretty run down, need a a lot of maintenance. The carpet in the room was dirty, the mattresses on the bed were worn and you sunk in them when laid in the bed. Towels were small. The bathroom was clean but one of the doors was missing from the shower cubicle and there was a piece of shower ..."
