Hostess very cordial at checkin but staff should pay more attention. staff should offer to take stored luggage and place in the proper place rather than telling guests at such a hotel to simply put their stored luggage in a closet themselves. “I stayed here for only a few hours as my flight arrived late and ferry departed early but it really suited my needs and met my expectations. I would say the hotel is slightly older style compared to a lot of European hotels but I knew that even I booked. Close to Split airport and even closer to the Bura Lines ferry terminal which was only 5 minutes walk from the hotel. Hotel is right on the waterfront and easy to walk from here. Breakfast was fine. “It's not worth money. Pool inside for kids n babies was not clean n cold water. Crews each other have rarely communication so confirm the service to reception calling every singletime. It was so bothering me. Even they wont give you your passport back without asking. They are just busy for smoking.”
