We weren’t able to check in until 6pm. We were able to go to the pool while we waited. But there were no towels. The people we dealt with were very professional. But it was still disappointing

Pier 5 Hotel Baltimore
Elevator call buttons did not work whole time we were there. We had to ask an employee to send us up, no problem going down, but needed assistance going up every time. Very nice staff, available at desk 24/7.

The Royal Sonesta Harbor Court Baltimore
Hotel was nice. Staff was very friendly., My only complaint no microwaves in the room. There should be an age limit for kids being in the Jacuzzi., too many little kids, trying to get in the Jacuzzi heart to relax. Staff was accommodating
