Hôtel étape mais pas plus

L’hôtel est plus que correct au niveau des chambres (bonne literie et propre). Par contre le côté piscine est très vieillissant, les carreaux de la piscine s’effritent, les transats sont tous en mauvais état. Aucune table à l’extérieur pour prendre son petit déjeuner. Le personnel ne fait pas beaucoup d’efforts pour être sympathique. En résumé : Une bonne étape pour dormir, mais pas plus !

El hotel está muy bien para pasar unos dias de descanso, optimo para viajes por trabajo, muy cerca del Centro de Crotone en coche y cerca de sus magníficas playas. Destaco la profesionalidad y gentileza del personal de recepción, limpieza y del restaurante que recomiendo, pues se come muy bien. También la piscina, que en verano con el calor se agradece muchísimo, el agua buenisima.Le doy un 10 a todo.

I booked and paid for a Superior room and paid for it. When I got there they gave me a normal room. When I asked about it the receptionist was not happy and said they are fully booked and that’s the only room available

Very nice, new hotel, but noisy rooms

The staff was very welcoming, a nice hotel and excellent service overall including a local breakfast with high quality meats, cheeses, breads, pastries and fruit. However, despite the new condition of the hotel, regret the walls had very little sound insulation so you could clearly hear conversations and television from all adjacent rooms.

albergo senza infamia e senza lode. all'arrivo la mia prenotazione non si trovava, per fortuna l'avevo stampata, la camera niente di che essenziale e scarna,asciugamani di scarsa qualità, per niente isonorizzato, la gente che tossiva sembrava dentro la mia stanza, il televisore delle stanze vicine si sentiva perfettamente dentro la mia stanza. diciamo esperienza mediocre.

Very adequate accommodation in the area. The staff was very nice and hospitable. The restaurant staff were very accommodating, despite our somewhat late arrival. The breakfast was also very nice. The entire stay was really quite pleasant. We had two rooms, but they were quite far apart, so that was a little inconvenient. It is definitely one of the better places to stay in the area of Crotone.

Convenient and with friendly staff

Very kind staff in general. Too bad there was a problem with wifi during most of the stay, but everyone from the staff tried to solve it at all the times and even changed my room to have better coverage.
