"Young Lady on Friday night 5/15/26 late was very helpful and friendly. We were originally going to stay in room 165 but key would not work on door. So went back to say keys do not work on door the clerk reconfigured keys and we went back to the door and it still would not work. So we had to go back again and this time she came back with the master and that DID NOT WORK!! So now 15 minutes passes tired irritated she goes all the way back to office to get us another set of keys to another room unfortunately up stairs. But things happen sometimes and she even offered to help with baggage. I just wanted to let someone aware of her kindness and that employees like her are hard to find and she is a GREAT ONE !!! This was an impromptu work/my sons birthday trip and my first time renting an EV. Her new addition for EV charging at the home was more than convenient and lifesaving with the chaos we endured traveling during a shut down. 10/10 would stay there again"
