โAnother excellent trip on the houseboat. Love this hotel - great location, fabulous accommodation. Why stay in a regular hotel when you can stay here!โ
โAs a solo female traveller I feel safe staying at Leopold knowing they have a solo female policy ensuring you're never on the ground floor and other things as well. My stay was enjoyable as always. I did find it rather noisy but my stay was on a Friday night so to be expected. It's always refreshing when a hotel room has a fridge and though it had some free water both cans were sparkling. The rooms are spacious.โ
โThis is a good hotel made excellent by the friendly, attentive, professional and fun front of house staff. Nothing was to much trouble. In fact hats off to all the staff. They were all incredible.
The rooms are big, spotlessly clean and comfortable. The air-con was icy cold on a hot August day. The bathrooms are modern with a powerful hot shower. Ironing boards and irons in every room. Centrally located. Breakfast was included in the price and plentiful. Hot, cold, fresh waffles, fabulous....
โReally nice and incredibly friendly staff - itโs a lovely area of Sheffield near hunters bar and shareable where there are loads of nice pubs and restaurantsโ
โLocation is very good. It is in the center of downtown. It has a carpark (not free though). Room was slightly old, but nicely maintained. Not a luxury hotel, but ok with family tripโ
โI was a little concerned that check in info, including teh address, was to be provided only 3 hours before check-in time, but in the event it all worked out fine.
The apartment is not fancy, but comfortable, spacious, clean and well equipped.โ
