it’s the best hotel in Cruzerio. the staff are friendly and very helpful, and the breakfast is plentiful.

The staff steal from guests. We were charged for the night that we paid for on expedia a second time. 4 other guests reported being charged double for their stay as we were checking out. They copied my credit card information and attempted to make an online purchase from ubisoft for $2699.99 usd and my credit card had to be canceled to prevent them from making more charges. Another card was taken from our room and was also used to make purchases online. We are in the process of making a formal report to the management. We reserved the suite for our honeymoon and the jacuzzi had no hot water and the jets deposited body hair into the tub. The staff was nice at first but then became aggressive when they started demanding more money for what was already paid in advance. The same was true with 3 other guests who were friends of ours. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

Razoável

Cheguei às 7h30 e o check-in só foi possível às 12h. Felizmente guardaram minha mala para eu andar pela cidade até o horário do check-in. Foi possível tomar café da manhã antes do check-in por R$ 35,00, mas não foi possível tomar o café da manhã no dia do check-out, pois precisei sair às 6h15 e o café só é servido às 6h30. Meu quarto é no Anexo 1, com cama de solteiro. Roupas de cama e de banho bem limpinhas. O banheiro é pequeno, mas bem limpinho, com ducha muito boa. A TV tem poucos canais, mas funciona bem. O quarto tem escrivaninha, cadeira, geladeira silenciosa, espelho e armário. O wifi é excelente. O ar condicionado é antigo e faz um barulho infernal, comprometendo a qualidade do sono. Terrível!!!! O hotel tem uma boa localização, perto da rodoviária, da catedral, do centro, de supermercados, de ponto de táxi, bares e restaurantes. É muito seguro. Possui elevadores até para o acesso aos quartos do Anexo 1. O café da manhã é muito bom, com pratos regionais. Maravilhoso!

A estadia foi desagradável. Eu reservei um quarto e quando cheguei fui colocada no anexo do hotel, o quarto tinha cheiro de cigarro e ar condicionado muito barulhento, aqueles antigos ainda de parede, que não resfriam direito. Pedi para mudar de quarto pois colegas que viajavam comigo estavam na parte nova também e tinham pago o mesmo preço. Falaram que não tinha, não podiam e que seria bem mais caro do que eu paguei. Ou seja, passei uma das piores noites em viagens que faço com frequência a trabalho. Pedi para pegar água no bebedouro do hotel, pois tinha minha garrafa e era tarde da noite, não deixaram, falaram que não tinham a chave do restaurante e não podem entrar para pegar. Os funcionários são bem acuados, parecem que trabalham com medo e com isso acabam sendo rudes. Não recomendo.

Pode ser muito melhor

Recepção muito quente pois o ar-condicionado fica desligado. O acesso aos quartos a noite é muito escuro. O chuveiro dá choque e as vezes nem esquenta. Internet muito ruim. Quarto pouco confortável.
