"The night receptionist was very knowledgeable, helpful and courteous. However, when we dropped off the key and as we were walking out my husband said loud and clear, “Thank you!” to the 2 receptionist that were behind the counter and we were not acknowledge. My husband, locked eyes with the receptionist that was not attending a customer and repeated himself and still didn’t get acknowledged by the receptionist. Other than this, our stay was good. "

"The property is a bit dated, and the room smelled funny. But the staff was phenomenal, even the maintenance guys, I believe his name was Sergio. Not too bad for the money."

"Had called the hotel earlier in the day to let them know I was going to be arriving after MN due to multiple delays with my flight schedule. The yoing lady told me know to worry that as long as I got there by 130am that mybroom was saved. Arrived at 105am and the doors were locked. I knocked without reponse. After about 10 minutes I saw a phone to the right of me and got in touch with someone who hung up but did unlock the door. I realize I was there late but he wasnt the most friendly person to check me in. Room was ice cold and musty smelling with the AC set at 65 degrees, adjusted, crawled into bed with my jacket over me. Not a very pleasant experience at that hour of the morning in a city I had never beed to."
