Second time staying at this Motel 6 and it was still a very good experience! We got a good room and we were able to park both cars within the motel parking lot. It's a very convenient location from the nearby convention center and made it a nice vacation experience. Pool was open this time around and looked good. Staff was helpful and made checking in and out very easy. Overall, we'd happily stay here again next time we come down to Ontario.

It was a little active a lot of people around very little parking but it was a nice room clean for the most part besides the casual door scratches and patched dry wall but it was nice overall for the price and location I give it a 3.8 out of 5 that’s almost a 5 , staff was great very helpful

The stay was great! I always left before house keeping started and returned a little before the went home but never had a problem getting clean towels.. very accommodating. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.

The front desk representative when we checked in on September 3 was wonderful. He worked with me on upgrading the room and was very understanding when I explained my situation. Thank you Motel 6! A wonderful experience for those in need of a room for short or long period stays- I’ll definitely be recommending this location to others.

It’s about what you would expect from a motel 6. Rooms are clean though, and the AC works great. It can get a bit loud, but overall it’s a good stay for the price. I would and probably will stay there again

I did not like how the restroom was cleaned. There was all kinds of stuff spotted all over the walls. It was disgusting. The floor was wet when I walked in, but the pool the spa was very beautiful and clean. The personnel was nice except for the young lady, she had an attitude. I did not get her name. Otherwise parking was great. The exterior was clean. Thank you. Had a good time. We went to a concert five minutes away.

A pretty decent Motel 6. AC and WiFi worked well, plenty of parking. Staff were very friendly and helpful. A few sketchy people hanging around and occasionally a cop would cruise slow through the parking lot. Good price and close to the airport.

The location is close to Ontario Convention Center. I would say the room smelled awful; I had to purchase candles to get rid of the smell. The pillowcases were stained. The hallway to the room smelled like urine. The small desk in the room was damaged, I will put by laptop and the desk will move side. However, the staff in the front office was very nice and the process was easy and quick.

Absolutely loved how the studios were set up. Having 2 rooms was great! Super close to everything and really clean. Our flight got in super late and the host was very accommodating with not canceling our room after midnight.

Honestly the outside of this place is not so clean ,room smelled like moisture and there was people walking and making noises all night People that look like homeless in the parking lot kind of scary I had reserved for 3 day end up just staying one night but people at front desk was very polite and canceled my reservation when i explain my concerns, THANK YOU!!

The area that this hotel is in was not too bad. Although there were people fighting 2 of the 3 days we were staying. I was expecting it to be a decent hotel based on the photos online. But it was a bit run down. The floor was not too clean. Would like to have been given more than 2 towels for a 2 bedroom suit. I guess I can’t really complain you get what you pay for. I would choose a different place next time I’m visiting.

The property is older, but I was pleasantly surprised by the overall stay. My room was spacious and clean, with flooring that was in good condition, a table and chairs, and a full-size refrigerator. The room is fairly basic and some elements are dated, but everything was functional and comfortable for my stay. One of the nicest features of the property is the courtyard. The pool and hot tub area is attractive and well maintained, with palm trees, landscaping, tables, umbrellas, and plenty of places to sit. It gives the property a much more inviting feel. The biggest area for improvement was service. I requested housekeeping one day, but it was not completed. When I later went to the front desk for a towel and washcloth, I received an attitude about the request. More generally, none of my interactions with the front desk during my stay felt particularly warm or welcoming. Overall, this is an older, straightforward property that offers a clean, comfortable room and a surprisingly nice courtyard and pool area. The property itself was better than I expected, but more consistent housekeeping and a more welcoming experience at the front desk would make a noticeable difference.
