Gostei da localização. Silencioso. Café da manhã é bom. Restaurante: não recomendo. Prato veio frio e petisco de peixe além de frio deu a impressão de estar comendo algo requentado no microondas.

Razoável. Fiquei em um quarto com camas de solteiro que eram pessimas, afundadas no meio. Mas o quarto estava muito limpo. O café da manhã parecia que não estavam preparados para tantos hóspedes e varios itens acabaram as 8:30h da manhã e não foram repostos. Mas o atendimento do hotel foi ótimo e a opção de manobrista é muito cômoda.

Hotel localizado no Centro de Cuiabá, próximo a locais históricos de interesse turístico. Acomodações amplas e confortáveis. Limpeza satisfatória, com enxoval de cama e banho muito limpo. Estadia

O hotel é antigo, tem um bom café da manhã, alguns funcionários que atendem muito bem, outros que precisam melhorar muito. Tivemos muitos espirros, quando verificamos o ar condicionado, estava muito sujo, então, precisamos limpar para dormir melhor. No dia do feriado de carnaval ficamos muito irritados porque as 7h da manhã começaram muitos barulhos, segundo nos informaram estavam reformando um apartamento, em pleno feriado e às 7h da manhã, isso foi muito irritante e totalmente inadequado, ficamos 5 dias e, em um dos dias esqueceram de colocar toalhas limpas e tapetes no banheiro. Infelizmente não foi uma hospedagem tão agradável como esperávamos.
