Fui muito bem atendido pela equipe de recepção, o hotel é agradável e correspondeu com as minhas expectativas. Só o WiFi que oscilava dentro do quarto, mas nas áreas livres funcionava tranquilamente. O café da manhã é bem diversificado. O espaço da piscina proporciona uma vista linda no pôr do sol. Só melhorar um pouco a limpeza da piscina.

Infelizmente o Hotel deixou muito, muito a desejar. Último quarto que fiquei Sem toalha de banho? Sem Cobertor, ar condicionado não funcionava, tv sem nenhum canal de notícias, piscina suja, muito suja, água verde de lodo e ficando vazia. Uma experiência ruim… curtia este hotel por conta da piscina. Não voltarei mais.

O hotel está mal administrado, as instalações dos quartos sem atualizações, salvo o ar-condicionado, TV funciona com chiados e imagem chuviscada, pedi para consertar e não fizeram. O café da manhã com itens passados como bolo velho, salgados velhos e por aí vai. Dia sem pão francês. Pedi um leite gelado para colocar no sucrilhos, disseram que tinha e não se dispuseram em ao menos ir na cozinha e trazer um copo com leite.
