"Picture was misleading. Elevator broken, carpet dirty, power in the room could barely charge my phone and iPad. "

"We arrived at the beginning of check in time (4pm) and were told we would have to wait about an hour for our room. We then were told our room type had been changed from a standard to a suite without our knowledge, and there were only a few suites available, hence the wait. Our room was ready two hours later. The room was nice and big. However, the shower was not as clean as it could have been and the handle came off in my hand. The air conditioner also made very loud banging noises as it cycled on and off. Very frustrating experience at an otherwise nice hotel with a great location for events at Ford Field/Tigers stadium"

"Staff was noce, room was clean. The battery on the digital key reader for the room was dead and we had to wait over an hour for our room to re- open, it was very frustrating and this is something that was extremely inconvenient."

"Took 45 minutes to check in. Booked a corner room, only got a regular room. Other than that, decent hotel in the heart of Greek Town and at the casino."

"It appears that the place is very understaffed. We arrived at 5pm to check in to go to a concert. We had called in advance to request a room for 5 people- 2 adults and 3 kids, so we reserved a room with two double beds and one sofa bed. When we got into the room, there were no blankets or pillows for use on the sofa bed. I went to the front desk to ask for a blanket, and she said she would have to bring one up later. When we arrived back from the concert at 11pm, there was still no blanket, so I went to the front desk again and she said she would have to bring the blanket up to my room. At that point, I had very sleepy kids, so they just went to bed. My son had to sleep in his clothes with nothing but a sheet to cover up with and he was cold all night. I woke up in the morning to find a voicemail on my cell phone from 1:30AM! It was the front desk saying that they came to my room at 1:30am to bring my son a blanket and no one answered the door. Well, of course not, it's 1:30 in the morning. The couch in the room was gross with so much skin oil on the arms of the couch that it was severely discolored. The shuttle drivers were rude and the shuttles smelled of cigarette smoke. Would not stay here again."
