I enjoyed my stay at the hotel, but my room on the 23rd floor (2308) did not offer the view I had hoped for. While most of the staff were friendly and accommodating, a few seemed to put on an insincere performance. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, but there is room for improvement.

I do like Westin but, I ordered the WiFi. I am a member of Marriott. I still got charged on my bill. After the concert, we returned to Westin. There was blood spots in the elevator floor. Left to Parlay bar, returned 2 hours later. The blood is still on the elevator floor. No one around to notify.

Quiet, clean, most staff were very good Second floor breakfast restaurant staff was horrible. We waited to be seated for 15 minutes, with plenty of tables available, while 3 servers went by making eye contact but saying nothing. We ended up going to a restaurant down the street
