They weren't my first pick but they were there iny time of need. I feel like it needs upgraded. The price wasn't bad! I was safe my car wasn't broken into. I made it out the same way I came! The staff were helpful understanding, respectful!

Location was good. Hotel has an odor in hallway and room, just didnt smell clean. Walls and carpet was dirty. There was no kitchrn supplies and no extra roll of tissue for bathroom. Bottles of shampoo and conditioner and body wash in shower was empty. Bathroom mat was stained. Hotel needs a revamp. It does not live up to the other Sonesta hotels ive stayed at.

They were roaches all in my room soon as I cut the light on. They were crawling out of the microwave and also the dishwasher my girl panicked as soon as she seen it. The staff are wishy-washy sometimes I guess depending their mood they knock extremely early and very hard in the morning and sometimes even catch a attitude when you say something about it like damn I thought checkout was at 11-12 why are you banging at 8-9? Please I do not recommend this hotel at all it’s cheap kinda if you wanna say but don’t waste your time. They also got into it with a lady because they gave her the wrong price for a one night stay at the room charged her $400 they will scam you be safe
