“We had a great overnight stay. It was clean, tidy, and very comfortable throughout. The highlight for our family was definitely the heated indoor pool. Having pool towels provided made it super easy and convenient. We also really appreciated the water filters/fountains, which were a nice touch (and helps the environment) The location was great, and we found parking around the hotel to be easy and hassle-free. Overall, a very family-friendly option and we’d happily stay again.”

“Waurn Ponds Estate is a unique experience as it is a conference centre taking week end guests. We were attending a party in close proximity a $12 uber ride away. The amenities rooms & breakfast are second to none.”

“Accommodation was perfect in every way. Best comfy bed, amazing restaurant that was handy after travelling to have on site. Best puffed bread ever with a drink at night overlooking the golf course with kangaroos and wallabies. Breakfast was amazing also. Staff were very accommdation also. Easy parking also.”

“Well appointed kitchen, nice place to eat and sit outside. Bed was comfy and clean. Easy check in and out. ”

“We had one of the older pet friendly cabins. While it was very clean and the bed comfortable the cabin didn't smell great. The kitchen facilities are new. We were close to the highway and it was noisy and the blinds do not cover the window completely so don't block the bright streetlights. In April it was warm enough, but the windows were draughty so I imagine it would be very cold in winter. The shower was nice and hot though!”

“The reason why they lost a star is because of 1 staff member. She told us our room was not ready and she will call us when it was ready. So we went for a walk. But the call never came. Our room was ready & we did not know till after we tried to check in again. Otherwise the restaurant (food & staff), the pool & other amenities were excellent. Everything i would expect from the Crowne.”

“Absolutely fabulous. This property was so clean and tidy and beautiful decorated.The little bar came with complimentary wine, granola, a fresh loaf of bread, jams and honey,tea, coffee and hot chocolate the fridge was stocked with yogurt juice and milk and butter. This was so good to have because once you get there you don’t want to leave. We had a view of the olive grove and relaxed on the deck as the sun set in the background. The air conditioning was quiet , the shower was big enough for two....

However, located on the Nepean Highway where audible fast moving traffic and cars filling at the petrol station next door starts at 4am and slows down around midnight. Family rooms face the road. Traffic noise is particularly loud in room 8 on the ground floor. Mia very kindly and empathetically moved us to another quieter room making it possible to sleep after the first night.
