“The place was very cozy and welcoming, enjoyed my one night stay and was good to eat there. Not just a place for kids but welcomes everyone. The one criticism I have is sometimes felt the staff at the front desk didn’t want to talk to people and weren’t really welcoming, but other then that it was pleasant and would definitely stay here again with how quiet it was, no matter the times of the day.”

“Pros - Good location for our needs and the overall condition of lobby and rooms were very good. Large TV and modern bathroom. Breakfast was the usual fare, including eggs, bacon, sausage and self-made waffles. Easy parking. Cons - extremely poor lighting in bathroom. Especially for anyone needing to do makeup. Only regular TV channels. No Netflix or other Apps available. One out of two elevators were inoperable. The breakfast room is somewhat tight and could be open to 10:00 rather than 9:30....

“캘거리에서 아이들과 5박 6일 여행하면서 묵었는데 가성비 좋은 호텔이에요. 방도 깨끗하고 쾌적했고, 객실뿐만 아니라 호텔의 모든 시설이 전체적으로 깔끔하게 관리되고 있었어요. 5박하는 동안 옆방 소음도 별다르게 느끼지 못했고, 객실 온도 조절도 쉬워서 잘 때 따뜻하고 편하게 잘 수 있었어요. 수영장은 크지는 않지만 깔끔하고 탁 트인 느낌이라 좋았고 아이들도 정말 좋아했어요. 조식도 만족스러웠어요. 팬케이크와 와플이 하루씩 번갈아 나오고 소시지, 베이컨 같은 메뉴도 조금씩 바뀌어서 5일 동안 먹어도 질리지 않았어요. 조식당도 직원분들이 계속 테이블을 치우고 청소해서 항상 깨끗했어요. 직원분들도 정말 친절했어요. 뭔가 물어보거나 필요한 게 있을 때마다 친절하게 도와주셨고, 프런트뿐만 아니라 조식당이나 호텔에서 만난 직원분들 모두 친절해서 머무는 동안 기분이 좋았어요. 다들 호텔을 깨끗하게 유지하려고 부지런히 관리하는 모습도 인상적이었어요. 예전에 캘거리 공항 근처 호텔 두 곳에서도...

“시내쇼핑을 위해 다운타운과 가까워서 선택했어요.주차장 자리는 저녁이면 자리가 없고, 직원들은 프런트에 항상 없고 룸에서 전화하면 안받고,화장실문 고장나있고, 화장실 배수안되어 수리신청했어요. 하루 자고나서 청소요청하니 하루전에 요청안했다고 안해주길래 따지니 청소해주네요. 노답입니다. 2박하고 연박신청안하고 다른 호텔로 옮겼습니다. ”
