Really nice hotel in good location of Cusco and great value for the price. The rooms were very clean, there were very nice sitting areas within the hotel with a nice courtyard. The staff was friendly and helpful and even packed us a box breakfast because we were leaving early. I would highly recommend!

The bedrooms are a little dated but the overall atmosphere of the hotel is nice. We did have a problem with hot water, initially the water was cold but after requesting the staff to have it fixed they were able to resume the hot water after about an hour.

I would 100% recommend staying here. The staff are so kind and accommodating. They always make sure you are enjoying your stay, and the breakfast and tea bar are amazing. We loved our room, but the staff were truly a highlight. We loved it!

Perfect landing spot during our Machu Picchu adventures! The staff were helpful and friendly, the onsite restaurant was super convenient and tasty, and the room was beautifully decorated. We appreciated the little things like our to-go breakfast before long day trips.

Centrally located with great staff, including 24/7 front desk service! They also made the process of storing luggage very simple while we did the Inca trail trek. We loved our stay and actually returned to the hotel after returning from the trek for our last night before leaving town. Would definitely stay again!
