The hotel was nice and comfortable. It was smaller then expected but we made it work. The host julia is incredible. She provided us with items to cook breakfast everyday and was easy to get in touch with if needed. There was hot water and the toilets worked!
We stayed in the unit that had the overlooking terrace over cusco and it was gorgeous.

The perfect stay!
The room had an amazing view of Cusco! It was also so comfortable and nicely decorated.
Julia (owner? Manager? ) was incredible. So friendly, went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable and that our room was taken care of. She even hand delivered eggs, bread, cheese and avocado every night so we could make breakfast in the morning.
I cannot recommend this place enough!!

Better off staying some where else
Hotel is in old part of town near some attractions. Street is very narrow. Use local taxi drivers to get there. We stayed in Paris room. Don’t recommend. Could not sleep at night as we could hear every movement of people staying in the floor above. We checked in at 8.30 pm and it took 4 hours for the room to heat up. They could have let at least one of the heaters running to keep the room warm. I recommend MOAH boutique hotel compared to this property.
Property owner was very nice and accommodating. Gave us things when needed.

Good service
The reception was great. Julia did not speak English but she was amazing; extremely helpful and caring.
It was extremely cold in the room. The heaters were not enough. There were mold and cobwebs visible in some areas of the room even though there was daily housekeeping service.
We were very surprised that we had to climb flights of stairs with our luggage. The hotel is located at the top of a hill and therefore it is quite a challenge to walk up depending on one's fitness.
The owner Tim is fabulous. He arranged taxis for us, put some lovely decorations in the room because it was our honeymoon, and packed us a breakfast box when our tour was leaving prior to the breakfast time.
This hotel is a little out of the way - some larger cars for tours can't get up the small street, although a taxi can drop you at the door. Breakfast was very basic, but the rooms are lovely with large spa tubs (although the power for the jets is switched off). Not too far too walk to the main square, although a couple of hills on the way back leave you a little out of breath in Cusco at 3600m!

Service is bad,I have waiting more than one hour to check in, and the door code sent me two day after I checked in by email. Dirty, there was a short under bed。the bed uncomfortable, looks very cheeping. The road in front is so small that no car can run in. We need carry baggage run to hundreds meters to take taxi

Expecting a Refund
I wanted to follow up regarding our request for a refund for the last of our three-night stay. While we appreciated certain aspects of the property, we were ultimately disappointed by a number of issues that impacted our experience:
1. The main chandelier light in our room did not work throughout our stay.
2. The bathtub took approximately 45 minutes to fill due to poor water pressure on the hot side.
3. The steam buildup completely blocked the view while bathing, which was one of the key features we were looking forward to.
4. The “continental breakfast” consisted of two eggs, a few slices of bread, two bananas, and some cereal — all laid out without replenishment. This fell far below expectations based on the listing.
Additionally, I experienced congestion from what felt like a dusty, stuffy environment. While I understand your team believes this isn’t due to cleanliness, the experience still affected our comfort and contributed to our decision to leave early.
We believe a refund for the final night is a fair and reasonable request, especially given that we raised concerns during the stay.

Must stay when in Cusco
It was an amazing stay at „The cities of the world“. We had the „Cusco“ room and we loved it. The host Tim was amazing he took really care of us.
When in Cusco I highly recommend the cities of the world
This hotel had such an amazing view! We had the panoramic junior suite with Mountain View. It had a fireplace and view overlooking Cusco city. It was very clean and cozy. We had trouble getting in because the host wasn’t at the front desk so make sure to let them know ahead of time when you will arrive. Great stay and would come stay here again.
The staff were fantastic. Reny and Ivan were incredibly helpful throughout my stay and I am very grateful for all of their help and guidance. The accommodations were wonderful and location is convenient. Evenings are a little colder and the bedding provided was perfect. The space heaters worked well but potentially other options for heat would make the stay even more fantastic!
Family of 5 visiting this lovely hotel! We liked everything about it , the breakfast, the views, that its close to city center and the staff were really lovely! I just wish we could had stayed more days here.
We will recommend this to all our friends!
We were in Room 6 with beatiful views of the city and the mountains!
Me my wife and our child really enjoyed our stay here and the hospitality from the staff were impeccable. Also the buffet breakfast was big and with lots of options. ill be back here again.
Our stay was great. I wish we had had more nights to stay. There was a small kitchen. The big bath tub with a view was incredible. We were also able to order room service and the food was incredible. The breakfast the following morning was typical but good, and the coffee was delicious.
People at front desk are really nice. Our room was very clean and nice.

Not a bad hotel but not a favorite
The staff here is very welcoming and helpful and the location is much more quiet than other places we stayed... plus, the room is actually two big rooms and there was a king size bed. However, the room was cold (and the room where breakfast was held was even colder... with a heater that didn’t have any fuel), there were bugs in the shower (which could happen anywhere, I suppose) and a dirty towel.
Overall, I’d say it’s a location that might be better in the warmer months, and that is still coming into its own. Solid option for parties of more than two who would use and fully appreciate the kitchenette.
Great staff, fantastic view of the city. Rooms are large and bedroom is very cozy. Hotel is a little out of the way but still lots of restaurants within walking distance. Can walk to main square in about 10-15 min.
