I recently stayed at your hotel and was thoroughly impressed by the high quality of staff and the excellent hospitality. The women managing the hotel made it an exceptional choice for families. Their helpfulness and the information they provided went above and beyond our expectations.
The staff assisted us in booking tours at significantly cheaper rates, providing all necessary details including costs, points of interest, and trip planning advice.
The breakfast was delightful for both kids and families, offering a great variety of options and friendly service.
However, while the room was clean and comfortable, it did feel a bit dated and could benefit from some upgrades. Nevertheless, the excellent service provided by the staff more than compensated for this.
The hotel’s location is ideal, situated in the heart of Cusco with easy walking access to attractions such as San Francisco, the main plaza, and the main road.
Overall, we loved our stay and appreciate the wonderful experience. Thank you for making our visit memorable.
