Staff was rude. Took days for them to move me to a different room because the first one had broken pipes. The second room had no jacuzzi and no A/C. They offered no discount or refund for the difference. There are also bugs in the bed.

I would like to point out that I stayed there for five days and in those 5 days, cleaning was done only twice, and that too after requesting it, and there is no telephone service in the room. And most of the time there is no one sitting there at the front desk, you have to wait for three to four minutes before someone comes.
