We were met by a lady who didn’t speak English and who had dirty track bottoms on. As we walked in the entrance was filled with a tumble dryer on and stacks of cupboards precariously stacked on each floor. “I never received any check in information, I arrived at the property at 3:30pm and I couldn’t get into the building. I tried calling the phone number that was previously provided and I couldn’t get through. The manager turned up outside after I had been standing there on crutches for 30mins. I informed the manager that I hadn’t received any check information, he then let me into the building where he contacted someone regarding check in information. I was given a key box/room card/but no code...

“Great location, right next to a Tesco express. Flat is roomy with great kitchen space and facilities. Shame you can’t go onto the balcony. Main issue is room is very hot and it was only April. Hard to cool down the room. Shower was also a bit temperamental and went cold every so often. But otherwise great appartment to stay in for a couple of days!”

“숙소의 시설과 청결을 모두 덮어버릴정도의불편한 체크인과정이 있었다. 전화로 체크인을 물었을때 전화받은 여자는정말 내여행의 기분을 모두 망쳐버릴정도로거만하고 불친절한 태도였고 난 다음날 오후체크인하기전까지 그 나쁜 기분을 떨칠수 없을 정도였다. 다행이 다른 남자직원과 통화가되어 우여곡절끝에 체크인. 게다가 환불되긴 하지만 250 파운드의 보증금까지 요구한다. 전반적으로 고객을 힘들게 하는 숙소. 완전 비추이다.”
