For being on the lower end price wise in London this hotel was excellent! Staff was so helpful and very kind at reception and the bar! It’s located perfectly with the Tower of London literally across the street and public transport is right there. Also if you you’re planning on getting Ubers/taxis this was the easiest/quickest stop for them to get to you!

Bar on the top was consistently closed, bed was pretty hard and only accessible by climbing into it because it was against the window and two walls, that was also kind of hard, but a great location. Overall really nice stay

I had a quick turnaround trip so this worked perfect for me. It’s literally right off the circle line, it’s quaint & cozy, perfect for solo travelers. the only thing I didn’t like was the fact the heat never got hot enough for me in the room or the shower, fall in London is brutal, a hot shower & warm room would’ve been perfect for me. Other than that I would absolutely stay here again, the staff was great, it was accessible to transport & local life & overall what I needed for my trip.

Great location for touristy stuff! Right across from the Tower Bridge and multiple of the city sightseeing tour bus stops. Tube access to the District/Circle line right around the corner from the hotel entrance as well. If you have any early flights to Stansted and/or Luton airports, night tube will not be accessible so be aware. Otherwise, the rooms were clean, the staff were exceptional & professional. Will definitely be returning in the future!

The best hotel in London! Very close to Tower Hill underground station. Lots of places to eat and drink around, plus the breakfast is very tasty! The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable about the hotel and the area.

The exit for the Tower Hill Underground Station is in this building, which makes it a great location for going all over London. It’s just across the street from the Tower of London. The bed was huge and very comfy. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

The location of the hotel is excellent (central London - Tower Hill). The hotel takes guests' safety and security seriously. I felt safe in that place. Food and drinks are fine. As in the past, the location, staff help, and the facilities are the best. Overlooking the Tower of London is a great feature, The Tube is right next door, so travel is easy. The pubs, street vendors in the area add to the ambiance. A great place to stay.
