Migliorabile sotto alcuni punti di vista
Accoglienza confusa e poco rassicurante poiché la nostra interlocutrice, addetta alla gestione delle stanze, non aveva notizia della nostra prenotazione ed anche il titolare al telefono sosteneva di non avere mai ricevuto prenotazioni tramite Hotels.com poiché a suo dire la struttura non è presente sul portale. Abbiamo dovuto aspettare circa mezz'ora, in cui indubbiamente la signora si è prodigata per comprendere dove fosse il problema, temendo di non poterci fermare per la notte. Nel complesso la struttura è assolutamente gradevole, immersa nella campagna in cui si respira una quiete rilassante. Sono a nostro parere da migliorare la gestione delle prenotazioni e la colazione piuttosto scarna.
