Einrichtung ist sehr alt und in dementsprechend auch abgenutzt. Apartment ansonsten sauber und makellos.

Der Empfang war sehr freundlich. Mit Personalbegleitung aus dem Hotel in die Ferienwohnung.Das Personal half sogar beim Koffer tragen! Alles wurde erklärt. Sehr guter Service.Vor Ort hatten wir Frühstück im 5 Sterne Hotel Strandperle dazu gebucht und 7,50 € pro Person Ermäßigung bekommen. Wir kommen wieder!

Die Unterkunft war an sich in Ordnung, sehr rustikal eingerichtet, was auch aus den Bildern hervorgeht. Allerdings haben wir am ersten Morgen beim Lüften festgestellt, dass der komplette Bereich der Fenster verschimmelt war. Dies haben wir unverzüglich der Rezeption gemeldet, worauf ein Techniker des Hauses vorbei kam. Der Techniker hatte mit Schimmelreiniger versucht den Bereich etwas zu reinigen, jedoch ohne großen Erfolg. Einige Zeit später hat es eine Reinigungskraft erneut versucht, ebenfalls mit mäßigem Erfolg. Auf die Anfrage auf Umbuchung und Unterbringung in einer anderen Unterkunft wurde nicht reagiert, stattdessen wurde vehement beteuert, dass es sich nicht um Schimmel handle sondern lediglich die Dichtungen des Fensters "abfärben". Die Bilder sind aber offensichtlich. Wir haben daraufhin das Schlafzimmer innerhalb der Unterkunft gewechselt, da Schimmel schließlich stark gesundheitsgefährdend ist und als Asthmatiker erst recht. Schlussendlich sind wir vorzeitig abgereist, weder vom Hotel, noch von Expedia gab es eine Entschädigung oder ein Entgegenkommen jeglicher Art. Weitere Schritte wie eine Meldung an das Gesundheitsamt werden noch in Betracht gezogen.

Ældre og charmerende

Absolut god betjening. Dog et ældre hus, ingen ovn men brugbart køkken. Stel mm. Var mlsmatch. Men alt dette har sin charme, og er virkelig hurtig tilgivet. Vi var så heldig at få udsigt over havet. Betjening var høflig og hjælpsom. Byen og strand er næsten udenfor døren men det er et roligt kvarter.
