“Basic but clean. At this price don't expect 5 star quality. Stayed two extra days That tells you that I was happy with accommodations. Not all staff were good with English. With interpreting app staff were quite accommodating and provided good service with a good attitude”

“Este hotel no es de 4 estrellas como nos prometieron. Ahora vemos que lo han rebajado a 3 estrellas; su categoría es de 2 estrellas como máximo. Está sucio y descuidado, sin ningún tipo de mantenimiento. Había hongos en el baño y la ropa de cama estaba rota. Todos los pasillos estaban sucios... Podría seguir enumerando problemas sin parar... No lo recomiendo en absoluto.”

“El Aguamiel is absolutely wonderful - the setting, spacious rooms, tranquil pool area, and most of all the hosts! Melissa and Faustino are absolutely fantastic, the sweetest humans, and made us feel right at home. Everyone working there was so helpful with recommendations and anything we needed. We would certainly come back here, we had the best 4 night stay.
I can’t recommend it enough! Thank you Melissa and Faustino”
