Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort
Tiny room right next to the bus station but a 30 min walk from town. Very loud due to the main road, the camping thing is cute but not so fun with stained burnt bloody sheets, cockroaches in every area including the bathroom, bedroom and under bed storage.

good facilities, fairly clean room, some staff can speak English, staffs are willing to service anything you want. But only one thing I don't appreciate. Staff forgot to return my passport after check-out. I realized after arriving at the airport. I had to go back by taxi and return to the airport. It's my lesson to do not forget to ask for getting my passport back after check-out.
