We had a weekday at the Danang Beach Hotel. We got upgraded to another room which was wonderful, a beautiful sea view and over the pool. The reception staff and door man was very friendly and helpful especially (Quyen and Kiet) the free ride to the airport was a great service

The staffs on the front desk like :Quyen, Chi , Long and Uyen are vey friendly and pleasant smiles, even from the doorbell. They also carry most knowledge to help us to get around the city in Da Nang Great breakfast with wide selection of foods. The table and utensils are ver clean. The location is excellent close to the airport. The front view is amazing. We look forward to come back to ÐN and would like stay in this hotel again. I also will recommend your hotel to my family and friends as well. Thank you for a great service. You can’t find it anywhere else except in Vietnam.

Nice hotel. Great service.

Overall the hotel was good. It was clean and comfortable. The breakfast offered was good and offered a variety of local and western foods. The staff were friendly and helpful. A couple of downsides.... it is right on a busy road so it was a bit noisy at night so if you're sensitive to noise, bring ear plugs. The room lacked storage space. Only 2 hangers in the closet and there wasn't any proper bureau or drawers for storing clothing and minimal areas for hanging used towels and such. At least in our room, it seemed like there was a lot of wasted space where a bureau or wall hooks could have been placed.

Great hotel to stay in Da Nang

Beautiful hotel. We booked Deluxe queen room and room has side beach view. Very comfortable and firm bed plus great pillows. Shower is really good and amazing sink tap (although uses to much water). Room size is a bit small but it’s clearly stated so it was expected and not an issue at all if you are tidy. Beautiful breakfast and very helpful staffs. Great they have underground passage instead of crossing the street to get to the beach. You get to use their beach chair as well. Very beautiful clean beach. Hotel is close to restaurants and not far from Han market. They also send me an email to offer pick up service. We didn’t need it as we can from another city. One thing though, they don’t have currency exchange facility. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

I left. The noise is next level. There are beach clubs across the street. The noise is so loud I could see the glass in the balcony vibrating. There are also bars with loud music behind the hotel. They have virtually no soundproofing in the rooms. You also have traffic noise and I had kids running up and down the corridor yelling. If you are in Da Nang to party this might be the place for you. If you’re not then consider somewhere else.

The hotel itself is fantastic. Staff are friendly and helpful. Location is great - right opposite My Khee beach. The rooms are clean and the bed was comfy. We only had one issue with the room on the first night and it was sorted straight away. BUT if you want a rest and relaxation holiday this isn’t the place. The pool is lovely but it is at the front of the hotel, right next to main road (imagine traffic and horns etc). There is currently construction happening next door, which continues until late at night, hallway noise can be loud and echoey. And the clubbing noise from across the road felt like it was in our room! So if you want a budget friendly, great location and great staffed hotel this is an ok pick.

Sound proof is terrible. Can hear people noisy outside of the room hallway. Also very lound music from beach party organized by hotel was a nightmare. Especially I was resting in hotel during daytime. + Staffs: House keeper staffs are very bad. Even it has overstaffs. Happened twice that they forgot clearup glasses and trash can. In contrast, restaurant staffs are working so hard due to staff shortage leading to poor service such as empty shelves of silverware due to no ones available to fill up. + Lobby is hot unless standing in front of standing air conditioner as central AC broken. Spa shower has no hot water. + Front desk manager is preoccupied with computer works causing unfriendly greeting and interacting with check-in guests

Staff and room were good , but this hotel is not as is advertised on the Expedia site or its own site, it is unfinished so only the small half of hotel is used, there is no roof pool , and no bars inside, they are all closed. The pool area is nice but the pool bar is there but with no drinks, all drinks have to come from the beach bar across the road, breakfast area is small but it’s ok. Unless when it’s busy gets a bit lacking in areas. States it has a private beach , which it isn’t because anyone on the beach can use the sunbeds as no one supervises the area it’s basically a free for all , and hotel guests are not a priority there so if your down early you will miss out on a towel and a bed. All in all it’s was ok , but far from what’s advertised on the website and the hotels website.

Helt ok hotell vad gäller bekvämlighet och service. Dock är inte frukosten 5 stjärnig snarare 2 stjärnor eller afternoon Tea inte heller någon höjdare. Vi gillar dock området.
