"No gym, property was under renovation was extremely loud couldn’t walk in front door. They ran out of WATER.Nothing upon check in was so bad had to leave a night early and stay at a Hilton do not stay here "

"The location was great: 2-3 blocks from Capitol. The Internet was extremely slow. If you want to use it, you need to pay a lot. The 'free' password did not work. Nothing is included. Parking is $45/night, but is not mentioned when booking the room. The room lacked a robe, lotion. You could tell that it was prepared in a hurry. If you have to call the hotel for any reason, be prepared to get a 1800... sales number, to wait, be disconnected and repeat the whole cycle again. There is no direct number to the reception/front desk. The restaurant/tavern on the 1st floor was very, very slow, yet expensive. Be prepared to wait for an hour in the morning just for eggs, pancakes and coffee. Staff appear to be nice, but only because they are waiting for tips. "

"Room 321 had bug beds. Staff person Mo, laughed and did want to move us at first. Basically I had to demand to get changed. Was grated the change to room 403. Found that room to be filthy and smelly. I have pictures to prove the bed bugs and the room bed filthy. Would not recommend staying here. Quite frankly I want a refund. "

"The hotel could use a basic "refresh". While my room was a nice size, it was a bit run down and could use an overall upgrade. The staff was great - Shane is wonderful! I was not clear when housekeeping was to come. Towels were changed every day, but my bed was only made 1 out of the 3 days I was there. Good location. "

"Parking was close to the amenities that I needed. Staff was very friendly, rooms were very clean and parking was decent. Would definitely come here again next year "

"It was an okay stay. Staff was really nice however after a long competition day we did not get any sleep. There was a loud crashing noise all night from the floor above us. Cheerleaders were screaming, running and cursing throughout the halls all night. Room could have been cleaner. "
