A lovely and luxurious stay. The buffet breakfast was diverse and delicious, and the spa is really spectacular. The staff was also remarkably generous and helpful. What a perfect way to begin our travels in Taiwan.

The property location is prime and close to attractions and subway. However, that maybe one of the few pros about this hotel. For the price, we were expecting more from a cleanliness aspect. The hotel staff overall can be more polite. The rooms look nice but not the most efficient as there sink is in the living space instead of the washroom. Free beverages and snacks are offered on first stay. However bottled water, which should be provided throughout the stay, is only offered on first day of the stay. No toothbrushes/razor etc provided for stay (for the price, such hospitality should be expected). The food, despite the variety, tasted bland. Fruits were a stand out. Just expected more from a $750 + $11 per for breakfast for 2 night stay.
