This is one of the nicest hotel in the Dallas Grapevine area , rooms are very clean , front desk / costumer service are so amazing and what i can say about the Spanish lady run the kitchen in the breakfast time , she do an amazing Job , she keep the area really clean and the breakfast with good flavor also the attention to all the costumers are fabulous, i give Stars to all the team and installations

First, I must say how awesome the staff was. The room needed attention and updating. Dirty carpet, all of the cabinets were swollen from water damage, the room smelled like dog pee, the AC didn’t work and the shuttle didn’t start running until 7 AM on a Saturday so I had to buy an Uber to the airport. As soon as I mentioned the AC the staff was right there to fix it. If it wasn’t for the great staff I would have given it one star. Not worth the price.
