Great place to just wish the pool and jacuzzi was working. The night auditor Ashley was awesome she helped my get some issues corrected and the night shift security guard Damien was super also very on top of securing the property in a very professional attitude.

Great stay. Think rooms are over priced but stay was good. Out of 4 washers n 4 dryers only 2 washers worked and only one dryer worked. They need to fix that problem immediately. Front desk people were extremely friendly Y and helpful. Lady running kitchen was not very friendly at all.

The front desk staff of Cedric, Dominique and Hannah were very all friendly, helpful and made me feel appreciated as a guest. Breakfast buffet was very good. Fitness center only had 1 treadmill though. My room door bolt was not working properly which gave me anxiety and stress about my safety. Also the toilet water pressure was so low that my toilet would not flush on Sunday night.

Friendly staff, took care of issues quickly. Clean and spacious rooms. We did have to switch rooms on day 2. The bad: our first room had a few issues: bedroom door wouldn’t close unless you pushed it hard, closet doors were not easy to open and close in both rooms. The first room heat didn’t work 2x but maintenance was up to fix it quickly and gave us a space heater in case it stopped again. The toilet leaked on day 2 so we switched our room. Rooms need some basic maintenance. The good: very spacious suite, especially for a week long visit, both rooms were clean, staff was easy to work with and solved issues quickly. Hot and cold breakfast each day. Location was fantastic-close to so many stores and restaurants. We especially like the door to the bedroom and entry to the bathroom area. It allowed separate spaces for 2 adults. All said and done, we would stay there again.

Spacious suite but no hot tub for my stay

The service desk was excellent. We felt welcomed and were taken care of right away. One thing I was disappointed about was hearing the hot tub wasn't working and I booked this place mainly because of the indoor pool and hot tub. the two other things would be dealing with the door to the suite. It was rather difficult getting to close shut and then there are the pillows used for the bed. I can never sleep with those small flat pillows, even piling them. Other than those issues the room was clean, spacious & I like they have the shampoo, conditioner, & body wash on the wall with good amounts
