"Pillows were rock hard and lumpy. Questionable if sheets changed. No pool. Beds not comfortable. We had stayed a couple years ago and things were good. I would no longer recommend."

"This time around I was in. Non smoking room much better than previous stay. Could not use Television due to remote not working. Staff could be a little more friendly. Because you use apps to book online at a discounted rate when you get to the hotel they charge you. Extra for a deposit which is refundable.but ..."
