"We stayed at the very end of the season, just before the site closed for winter. It meant not all the facilities were open and entertainment was more limited, but it also meant it wasn't too busy. The sunset was absolutely stunning!"

"Wonderful stay with a sea view room. Tin at front desk was very helpful and friendly. The bar and restaurant waiters and waitresses really quick on service at busy breakfast times. Would recommend breakfast as fresh tasty options for all. Gym facilities look new and well maintained. I would stay again."

What made our experience particularly outstanding was Veronika, the hotel manager. She deserves the highest praise for her professionalism, kindness, and extraordinary dedication to her guests. Veronika goes far beyond what is expected to ensure that everyone feels welcome, comfortable, and genuinely cared for. Her willingness to help with anything, her thoughtful attention to every detail, and her warm, personal approach made us feel less like hotel guests and more like we were staying with someone who truly cared about our happiness and well-being. It is rare to encounter someone who combines such exceptional management skills with such genuine warmth and hospitality. "The hotel is a short distance from the centre of town but has an underground car park which is free for some guests. The breakfast was really excellent, good choice of fresh fruit and very nice unsliced wholemeal bread. Dinner was okay but beware that salt is added when meals are cooked. The spa facilities are good and reasonably priced. Nice outside pool on top floor and terrace with bar lower down. Recommended for a short stay."

"During our 3 nights stay, we had some good & not so good experiences. The view from our room was mind-boggling- serenity & Mother Nature beauty at its best! We appreciated the sweet treat left in our room every evening. However, the very first day, we had to call them to set up our beds together as they had kept it as two separate ones. Secondly, when we were to prepare our cup of coffee, lo! was terrified to see that the kettle spout from outside was having residues. They took too long to replace it and we unfortunately landed having our cup of coffee too late! Lastly, we had to request for an iron in our room (expected it should have been provided in the room). It’s a 5 star property! The lady at the travel info counter was not approachable. She was in a big rush to dispose us off. We were the only ones around when we were making enquiry how to commute to Dubrovnik and return. Yes, we did enjoy a cordial conversation with the staff who dropped us off by the buggy. He did make our day! The breakfast had a good enjoyable spread. We had the pleasure of 2 waiters who smiled while attending to us but most of them appeared snobbish- no smile! We did enjoy browsing the Souvenir Gift Shop and purchased a few items. We felt that the housekeeping has room for improvement, considering it’s a 5 star hotel. We liked the property overall and had a calm stay. Cavtat, has a very beautiful vibe. Thank you!"

"Beautiful pool and grounds, but more like dorm rooms than hotel rooms. No WiFi or soap/shampoo in rooms. Bed is serviceable but hard. Breakfast at the taverna was lovely. Can’t beat the close proximity to the airport!"
