"Rental contract 1F SG CE XC We stayed at this property Friday to Monday. It was very disappointing. On arrival no one was there to meet us. No one answered the phone. We walked around until we found a way in. The property was dated and unkempt. The gardens were over grown. The patio broken the kitchen cupboard broken. One of the beds upstairs is broken. The shower upstairs is broken. One of the toilets is broken. None of the doors have locks. Including the front door which...

"Yes breakfast was good and parking. The reception leaves early and leaves note on door is the only thing we did not like. But clean room once we got it. "

"Very nice hotel and lovely, quiet room. All very modern and clean. Beds are big and comfortable. Free bottle of water in the room, but no fridge or tea/coffee making facilities. We did receive a voucher for a coffee/tea from the bar downstairs, which was a nice alternative. It was a proper coffee from a barista machine! There’s a large hotel car park with plenty of parking. We did not eat breakfast, but it looked nice and plentiful. Great hotel and stay!"

"We had an excellent time at B&B Hotel Mons. The rooms were spacious and comfortable with great bathrooms and comfortable beds. However, the best part of the stay was the customer service. Most notably, Theo, who greeted us at the front desk on both of our visits (we had two nights booked in separated by a night elsewhere). He was warm, genuine, friendly and even provided my partner an opportunity to practice her french. Theo also celebrated our engagement with excitement and glee and made us feel welcoming throughout. I am not sure if there is any reward for a good review. But Theo deserves commendation for his excellent customer service. We plan to return down the line and hope to be greeted with him then too."
