"Great location and easy check in; walkable to everything needed: they own multiple unit on the same building (the pictures not necessarily show your apartment but all are really nice), WIFI needs improvement, same as TV.. Anyways there is so much to do in Dubrovnik!"

"I truly enjoyed my stay at Heritage Hotel Lucia. It is a small, beautiful boutique hotel with a lovely terrace garden where I enjoyed breakfast during my stay. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I instantly felt at home. My room was very clean, bright, and fresh-smelling. As a first-time visitor to Dubrovnik, I was very fortunate to find Heritage Hotel Lucia, especially because of its location. It is in a very convenient spot, just a 5–10 minute walk from the Old Town, so I never needed to take a bus or Uber back and forth. At the same time, because the hotel is outside the Old Town, I didn’t have to drag my luggage over cobblestone streets or navigate steep stairs—a huge advantage when traveling with a luggage! On my departure day, my taxi picked me up right in front of the hotel for my very early 4:00 a.m. airport transfer. I was especially touched that the staff kindly prepared a breakfast box for me to take to the airport. That thoughtful gesture really meant a lot. I would highly recommend Heritage Hotel Lucia to anyone visiting Dubrovnik. The beautiful setting, convenient location, clean and comfortable room, and—most of all—the wonderful staff made my stay truly memorable. Thank you Heritage Hotel Lucia! Ad"

"This was a one-night stay having travelled from Montenegro to get a flight from Dubrovnik. We wanted somewhere cheap but accessible for the Old Town as leaving the following afternoon. For price and staying in the middle of the Old Town, you can’t beat it. The biggest negative was being woken at 0445 hrs by deliveries outside, for which we were then awake till the morning. We felt we could cope with this for one or two nights but bring ear plugs for any more. The room itself was basic but very clean which we could not fault."

"The hotel exceeded our expectations in that it was in a wonderful location just a short distance from the old town. The housekeeper was one of best we have ever had! She was so efficient and friendly each time we saw her. Our room was cleaned punctually each morning to an excellent standard. We were room 108. We ate one evening at the Taj Mahal restaurant. The food was excellent and the staff very pleasant. The pool area of the hotel is very small but was adequate for our trip. Our only complaint relates to the female bar staff at the Piano Bar. In my opinion they did not represent the friendliness and welcoming appeal of the hotel. Each evening after our meal we went to the bar for a cocktail. On each occasion the female staff were rude and basically not bothered! On our last evening I went up to the bar to order our drinks. The female staff were standing chatting and laughing. They totally ignored me so I stood there until a male staff member arrived from the outside area. As in previous evenings he was both pleasant and efficient in taking my order and making us feel welcome rather than an inconvenience, which was how his female colleagues had definitely acted. I feel this needs to be addressed as I was not alone in being treated this way. On our last morning we were allowed a late check out for a small fee. This was wonderful and greatly appreciated. Overall I would definitely recommend this hotel and return there again if visiting Dubrovnik."
