They remember you each visit & really seem to make sure that all guests are comfortable & have a pleasant stay!! The rooms are beautiful & clean & the location is perfect!! Enjoyed a VIP suite this time & wow, it was out of this world amazing!! Didn't want to leave lol Wonderful breakfast buffet too & again, the staff & chefs just are the best!! Always enjoy my stay here & highly recommend it!!"

"The hotel was exceptional in design of its rooms (we stayed in rm 111), access, exterior space, and pool. The lighting, access to switches and sockets was well thought out too. The staff were friendly, polite and helpful when requesting transport. The serving of breakfast would have been a bonus on an otherwise wonderful stay The only additions I would recommend….a hand soap pump by the sink to avoid stepping into the shower tray each time to access the dispenser on the wall, and horizontal towel rails to enable 4 wet/damp towels to be neatly hung up rather than placed on shelves or suspended on one of 2 single hooks."

"+: Very central location. Huge room with big views. Good value. All the staff is great, from the manager to receptionists to cleaners; very welcoming, smiling, kind. Linen / towels have a hint of chemical smell, had to buy my own towel because couldn't stand it. Not sure if it's the washing products, fabric softener or something the cleaners spray. There's dogs barking all night in one side of the building, had to change room and then it was all good Aircon was smelly. Needs to be cleaned more regularly perhaps. "
