We arrived into Colombo around midnight and our transfer driver was waiting to take us to vila diva as we had arranged which was included in the rate for our stay. The next morning we were transported very promptly back to the airport for a small fee. Both the room and transport car were exceptionally clean. I would highly recommend vila diva transit hotel for quality, service, location and friendliness"

"Very disappointing experience. I arrived at the hotel with a confirmed reservation, but the staff initially refused to provide my room and I had to contact Expedia to resolve the issue. I was left waiting and had a very stressful experience. My booking stated that breakfast was included, but I did not receive breakfast at all. The staff service and communication were also very disappointing. Overall, this was a very unpleasant experience, and I would not recommend this hotel."

"Just wow. Had a chance to speak with the owner, since he is on site and manages the property. This is his family home, turned into a boutique hotel. He and his staff take care of it as though they all live there and it’s their home, and you are their royal guest. Drinks and lunch upon arrival, and the food was the best food we had up to this date on our trip. Authentic, tasty, and made to order. The rooms were gorgeous. Kind of a mothball smell in our room, but outside of that, just incredible. Amazing service from the second our driver pulled up, which they arranged (for a small fee of course). They also arranged a “Colombo by TukTuk” tour for us that was a little pricey for what it was, but still took care of all the high points of Colombo. Massage was less than desirable from an outside therapist, but that’s not on them, that’s the therapist. Overall, blown away by the beauty, and if I was designing a home in a rainforest, this is what I would want it to look like."
