"The guy at the desk was really rude - he seemed annoyed when I asked about things for our kids eg cots. They bought hot water for baby’s bottle in a champagne bucket - we weren’t confident that was sanitary so didn’t use that water. The room was cold & dusty. We couldn’t wait to leave and will never be coming back."

"I absolutely LOVE this place. Property is gorgeous, rooms comfortable and clean. Easy walks around and the staff were very helpful. I will be back without question as this is a great peaceful place I wish to return to and soon. Breakfast spread was good as well! We were in a bind for the last night of our stay; the staff went above and beyond to help us, very lovely people, and we wish them all the best."
