If this was once a 4-star hotel, it needs revisited because it isn't any longer. Maintenance is needed everywhere. Most times there was no air conditioning in the main areas of the hotel, just in the room. Every time I entered my room, the lights flicked off and on for at least 10 minutes. Also, it isn't safe as I learned, from mistakenly trying to open the wrong room, that my key opened someone else's door. This is highly unsafe and as a woman traveling alone, this is a big red flag.

Everything the ad had, the hotel had not.

We looked forward to a hotel that focused on the good things in life. Healthy breakfasts,a nice spa, a good restaurant for the evenings joy, a jacuzzi on the roof! and even an own sugar room, according to the advertisement. Good on paper. In real life, not so much. All of these above mentioned features where non existing. As the pictures will tell, there was actually a "solarium" at the roof of the hotel, and a jacuzzi. But as the pictures also will tell, it looked dirty and run down like a restaurant back yard in mid winter. The sigarroom? They had one years ago. But not any more. The health focus in their breakfast? They where "sold" out on hole bread, 5 corn bread, most of the cheeses, and of course the different types of ham that this part of Italy is well known for. The spa, you have to pay extra to be there, and it makes no sense since Boario is famous for only one thing. The well-being centre. And the restaurant at night was a sad tale. We tried to get some wine advise from the waitress. That was not going to happen. So we went for wines we knew all ready, Sadly for us, she could not resembler and gave us the wrong one. And as she did not present it, but opened it on the closest table, we where not able to warn her. Not to offend her we drank the wine, and never used the restaurant again. The one thing that was hardest to understand, was the lack of interest in the guests. And I mean the easy bits, like the welcoming smile, and such things.

Soggiorno molto bene .. organizzazione perfetta.. orario puntuali sia per la Spa, termas, massaggio personale preparato, molto professionale. I servizi erano spiegate bene. Un consiglio per la struttura avere una pulizia più accurata. Se prenoti un albergo**** hai aspettative a ****.

El hotel bonito. El dormitorio limpio. Lo negativo es algo básico solo. No tienen jabón líquido, sino en barra y pequeño. También el papel higiénico no era de buena calidad.

Schöne große Zimmer in top Zustand. Zur Straße etwas laut, Blick auf die Berge. Beim Frühstück wurde leider leere Sachen (Wurst-Käse) nicht wieder aufgefüllt. Spa vorhanden, nicht benutzt

The meal plan was exceptional. The chef accommodated our vegan option request with fabulous adaptations of traditional Italian cuisine. The spa under the hotel, fed by the mineral waters, was comfortable and convenient. The staff was so kind and helpful. We’ll be back next year.

Bhe che dire sulla carta 4 stelle nei fatti 2 sono pure troppe. Siamo in tempo di covid e lo so, però per lavoro si viaggia ugualmente. Premessa albergo quasi vuoto o quasi ho prenotato con Expedia e mi viene data una camera nella zona vecchia dell hotel, ci sta, ma visto che sei vuoto un upgrade poteva invogliarmi a tornare. Ho girato diversi hotel in questo periodo e tutti hanno fatto upgrade, ma va bhe. Colazione scarsa fette biscottate scadute il primo giorno, ma ci sta c’è il covid...ciliegina sulla torta la seconda notte non mi rifanno la camera, scendo per chiedere almeno asciugamani puliti, mi viene dato un solo telo, e mi viene detto va bhe è da solo in camera le basta... in più non si scompone nemmeno e me lo da molto scocciato. Conto? Salato 300 euro per 3 notti... non mi rivedono più nemmeno da lontano e dovrò tornare spesso in zona!!

Großes Hotel in Zentraler Lage

Etwas schwierig zu finden: Navi kennt die Straße nicht (bekanntes Problem vor Ort), von der Hauptstraße nicht zu erkennen, da der Name nicht dran steht. Sonst alles ok. Bad wurde nicht warm, weil Fenster wohl schlecht isoliert. Mit Spa, aber nicht benutzt
