“Property is located near to mall road, though bit walking is required to reach there, overall it was comfortable stay. Food was excellent, very tasty, hospitable staff, vintage type property, Its one of oldest in darjelling well maintained.”

“The rooms were clean and the staff were really helpful. They need to make the hotel more friendly for the people with disabilities. They need to put side rails up and make the hotel more wheel chair accessible. Furniture is old, basically to maintain the colonial heritage, but still the furniture could polished to look new. Otherwise no complaints. They just need to make it more friendly for the DISABLED since it’s on the top of a hill.”

“It is located near Glenary,s however we couldn't see mountain properly even though we stayed in sweet room. We couldn't open curtain due to a building opposite of our windows. Further more, reception desk staff were rude and blunt way.”

“It was really nice and comfortable stay, above all the hotel is exactly infront of the Darjeeling station, and from the window snowy mountains can be seen too.”
