"Wonderful, relaxing stay with extra interest in learning about the growing and processing of tea. Delicious food, freshly prepared onsite. Staff friendly and helpful. Room and bed comfortable and clean. Really enjoyed the visit to the tea factory and walk around the estate.
Make sure you book the airport transfer - price is reasonable and difficult to find for people who don't know. "

"Great value for money. Small hotel with 4 rooms. Personal service. Great view of Kanchenjunga and Sleeping Buddha from balcony. Clean room, bed, sheets and bathroom. Heated bed was great. Woollen pillow cover was a nice touch. Ranjit provides good service and will make you tea and a nice breakfast.
Difficult to find the hotel but call in advance and they'll send Ranjit to pick you up. "

"We chose this hotel for its colonial history and it mef all our expectations. We had dinner in their restaurant, and although the place was quiet (only one other table was occupied) the food was delicious and the service was excellent."
