"The room I was given had light bulbs missing, there was no iron, the ironing board had a cover on one end that was too small for the board and the foam underneath was falling apart. There was mold in the shower, there were stains on the bed linens. The carpet needed to be vacuumed. I asked for new linens the first morning prior to me leaving for the day. I was told they would have someone come clean the room, replace the light bulbs and put an iron in the room. None of that happened by the time I returned at 9pm that evening. I spoke with some at the front counter and they had some give me linens to take with me, and the maintenance person was going to follow me bring the light bulbs and iron. The new linens had more stains than the previous linens. One of the beds appeared to have a significant dip in the center. Although not the direct fault of the hotel they still didn't do anything about the smell of cigarettes, cigars and Marijuana all over the place. This hotel has seen better days and I will never stay here again. On the positive side at least the demeanor and attitudes of the staff were pleasant."

"I booked a KING room, with a high view. Got there and they didn’t have my room. They stated they gave it away. They gave me a room for two queen beds. If you don’t have the room available then notify the customer instead of waiting until they get there to tell them there room is not available. "

"The day staff was amazing! Engaging and welcoming. One of the entrances wouldn't register my card to let me in, the other didn't need a card, we just walked in. Having to exchange our towels to get fresh ones was not a comfortable experience. The fire alarm and evacuation at 5 am the day of our event was unavoidable but still disturbing."

"Any hotel with “Airport” in its name—like Fairfield Inn Philadelphia Airport—should offer an airport shuttle. When I asked the front desk what time the shuttle ran in the morning, the clerk reacted as if it were an unusual question. Instead, I was told that Uber or Lyft were the best options. Had I known there was no shuttle, I would have avoided the $25, 3-mile Uber ride and chosen a nicer hotel that actually provides one. Fairfield Inn Philadelphia Airport should reconsider using “Airport” in its name, as it doesn’t offer a key service travelers expect. And Marriott—your branding is prominently displayed at the front desk—this experience doesn’t reflect well on your name."

"The hotel was very nice. Our room was large and spacious. I really liked the layout of the room and felt the price was very reasonable. The info we received stated that housekeeping was not done on the weekends, which was fine. But I was expecting at least 1-2 times that our room would be refreshed during the week and it was not. We stayed Sat through Wed. Other than that, location was good. We would consider staying again."

"We arrived at the hotel after visiting the city for a sporting event. The hotel was mostly empty and poorly staffed. The room was clean, but the key cards would suddenly deactivate. The room did not have a desk chair, and the outlets were sporadic and not plentiful. The bathroom sink is outside the toilet room, which makes an awkward arrangement for a shared room, possibly causing inconvenience. I paid for cold breakfast through the app, but they still charged me at checkout. The front desk staff wasn't helpful and acted as if they didn't care. They seem pretty nonchalant, since the room keys wouldn't activate and couldn't open the rooms. I can say the room was clean, but the space felt like a high-end motel. I would compare the hotels in the area with rates ranging from $125 to $170 per night to ensure you get the best value."
