Very convenient and good choice for the city. Some bathroom features are a little tired but overall, rooms are large, you can use the Mantra pool and access to the Esplanade is great. Desk service was great: stored my luggage and gave me a towel so I could swim until checkin/room was ready. Desk staff friendly. Delighted to have a bath with my room. Some bowls and cutlery in studio rooms would be great. But otherwise, a good deal.

The Hotel rooms are very dated, in partoicular the bathrooms. Curtains were off the rails, some of the sliders were broken. The shower/bathtub is slippery and the taps and shower head are really old. I would rate it as a 3 level Hotel and by far too expensive for what you get.

Unfortunately the room we were in was very dated, especially the bathroom. It looks like it's from the sixties and never been renovated. The curtains hade partially come out of their tracks, due to damaged sliders. The lady at reception was very helpful and kind but totally overworked. She was part of the cleening team and therefore not available when needed. For what we got we feel the room was way too expensive.
