"Well situated just one train stop east of city centre. Walkable in 20 minutes. Nearby bars and restaurants. Staff were friendly and quick with check in and keeping the buffet breakfast area tidy. The breakfast times and choices are good. Food looks like it's a good quality. Pool is on the smaller size, but at least three lane space for swimming, and was good temperature for relaxing. Sauna is a good size. Didn't use the gym but it looked in good condition. The apartment style room had everything you need, including a washing machine (with washing powder which we eventually found). Washroom is spacious. A few minor issues. Washroom needs a bit of TLC. Grout mouldy in places. Our view out of the hotel is toward a litter strewn parking lot and the back side of the convention centre. And the bar, while very impressive, does not appear to function as one. While we were there, including over the weekend, I didn't see it was open. There are plenty of nearby options, it was just unusual for a hotel of that size not to operate as a bar. I would stay again."

"There was construction going on above our room at 8am in the morning I find that very uncaring and not treating people the way that they would like to be treated Upon inquiring I was told that the construction was planned So why rent that room However the front desk attendant was very apologetic and gave us another room which was an upgrade Also free breakfast for our inconvenience The hotel is located in a residential neighborhood which seems fine Supermarket is located 5 minutes walking They area is very peaceful restaurant is very nice and serves wonderful breakfast"
