全体的良かったです。気になった事は、各所に足拭き用のマットが置かれていますが、それが足に引っかかったりして、危なかった。特に風呂に入るところは、突起様のマットでめくれてきて足に辺り少し痛みを感じました。その他、子供達が帰りたくないと泣きだすなど、子供達には良い宿であったと思います。

毎年夏休み帰省する際に利用させていただいております。スタッフの方は外国人が多くみられますが、毎度とても丁寧に対応していただき素晴らしい接客スキルだと思います。 食事もとても美味しく、特に伊達の特産でもあるきのこ料理やジビエがお気に入りです。 お風呂も綺麗で広く文句なしといったところでしょうか。また来年も利用させていただきます。

6部屋分ではあるがチェックインに30分掛かった。また、15時まで部屋に入れないとしても、チェックインはホテルに到着したら、予め行うべきと思う。結局15時になってから一斉に始めるから混み合う。結果、客は行列となり作業効率が悪い。

這間親子飯店大部分都很好，房間很大，有適合大童和小童的遊玩設施。但這間飯店並沒有洗衣機烘衣機，由於我們前一天去玩水，無法處理濕衣服，很困擾，我們只好帶著全家的濕衣服去搭飛機，這很佔行李重量。 另外check in 時需要排隊，我們是星期六入住，排了40分鐘，才完成check in 手續。

夫と娘一家と全6人で宿泊しました。 プールで遊び、地下の遊び場でもたくさん遊び、 夕食も朝食もビュッフェを堪能しました。 レストランが広く、数箇所に分かれていろいろな料理が並んでいましたが、全部は見て回るのが大変でしたし、到底自分で食べることは不可能です。そして何より人が多すぎました。 部屋は、2家族2部屋が3階と5階に分かれていて、食事やお風呂、プールなどに行くタイミングを合わせるのが大変でした。 ベッドはちょうどよい硬さで寝心地は良かったです。ただ、部屋の中の棚や格子、窓の桟とかに埃が積もって汚れていたのが、とても嫌で不快でした。

とにかく暑かったです。冷房は効いておらず、寝ていても暑くて起きました。 案内は不親切でした。どこに何があるのか全部こっちで調べるしかないのかと。 食事会場はキッズスペースから埋まります。子どもが食事を取りに行くのが大変でした。連泊したのに、そのあたりは融通がきかないのだなと思いました。

If you are a non-smoker, do yourself a favour and skip this place. The hotel uses central air conditioning and the rooms on the non-smoking floor (level 7) smell musky with a stale cigarette stench. We had 3 rooms in my group and all the rooms were the same even when we changed rooms. In addition, most of the service staff were non-Japanese, they could not communicate well and did not appear to be well trained and quite rude. When I tried to gently share some feedback with the reception staff, she simply grunted and ignored me. Of the dozens of Hotels I’ve stayed in across Japan, this has to be the worst.
