The hotel was excellent and the staff were exceptional. Precious and Carol at the front desk. Blessing and Ara in the restaurant were exceptional also. The chef at night was a pleasure to talk to. I have only concern. The scrambled eggs was the only thing I saw that was a problem. When I got my plate, the eggs were starting to turn green. The fix would be to add a little lemon juice. This would stop them from turning.

The room was nice, with nice amenities. The restaurant food for night dining was only a 5 out of 10, and a rat walked under our table. The morning breakfast buffet was very good. For the price, I expected better experience.

The facility was very nice, good restaurant and friendly staff. The room was small but comfortable with a safe. A few minor inconveniences were no luggage rack, no closet (only hooks on the wall) and the small refrigerator was on the floor - (had to kneel to get items out)

The hotel room was spacious and very clean, which was a big plus. The staff was friendly and provided excellent service throughout my stay. However, there were a few downsides. The hotel has an unusual policy where staff check your room before departure, which felt a bit intrusive. The Wi-Fi connection was weak, making it difficult to stay connected. The water pressure in the shower could have been better, and the breakfast, while decent, lacked variety and high-quality options. Overall, a comfortable stay, but some improvements are needed.
