"Room carpets were not clean. Too much expensive. Even for parking they are charging. Not worth the hype."

"This property is not worth the money. It is an older hotel, which needs refurbishing. The worst part is one of the staff members, who was absolutely rude, unprofessional and flippant. I had to complain to the manager. I would suggest reserving another hotel."

"The guy who works on the night shift was so rude. I was talking to him asking for a copy of my receipt and he kept rolling his eyes saying that it was property of the hotel and I couldn’t get a copy. The air conditioning was not working in our room and it was HOT. also, our shower was shooting water from the faucet and the shower head. It made you literally have to shower in 5 minutes because the tub was filling and filling fast. I will not be staying here again. "

"Loved our stay at The Garland! The staff were phenomenal, rooms were super clean, the pool was lovely, and the restaurant was terrific. The hotel is less than 10 minutes from Universal Studios and reasonably close to the Burbank airport. Would definitely stay here again!"
