“The property was beautiful and the food, delicious. The one thing was that since it is up in the mountains the walking was very hilly and difficult to wonder around and explore the area. Staff especially the Matitre d/waiter, he went out of his way to help. We had to catch the early bus on our last day (6:30 am) he offered to make us a care package of sandwiches/fruit and water to take with us, which was so nice and welcomed.”

“We stayed at this hotel for one night after our Bernina Express ride from Tirano. The hotel is located in a town just outside of St. Moritz so we had to hire a taxi to drive us, the ride was about 15 minutes. The manager and associate who checked us in were friendly and helped us with our luggage to our room. We were in time for an afternoon cake and coffee service the hotel offers and our children really loved the cake that was offered. We enjoyed our tea and cake on a patio behind the hotel...

“Although it is a very old hotel, it's well managed and maintained. The room was modern and super clean. Breakfast buffet was decent and running till very late in the morning 11am. Most of the staffs were friendly except the lady at the reception desk when we checked in. When we checked in, we were not provided with (not even informed about) the Davos Guest Card which allows you to freely use public transportation and all the cable cars and the mountain train around Davos. “Hotel was spectacular. I wish we had more time to explore St. Moritz. Only there for one day to catch the Glacier Express. Staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. We had a delicious dessert happy hour and a delicious breakfast at the hotel. Room had a wonderful view of the mountains and was very comfortable and clean. ”
